City of Dallas Code - Sec. 5-53 - Bringing Pets Into Terminals Prohibited; Exceptions. This code states: It shall be unlawful for any individual to bring into any terminal or terminal extension located at either Dallas Love Field or Dallas Executive Airport any pet other than a seeing-eye dog or a pet traveling by air. (Ord. Nos. 12856; 24859).

7.12. ANIMALS IN THE TERMINAL BUILDING
7.12.4. Persons who bring an animal into the Airport, including the Terminal shall clean up after said animal and may be held responsible for all costs incurred by the airport in cleaning up after such animal.
Persons who fail to clean up animal waste are subject to citations and fines. The person responsible for failing to clean up after their animal will be billed for expenses incurred by the airport to clean up the waste.
